Lodging Rental

Minimum nightly stay is $400 for up to 4 adults. Additional adult guests: $100 per night; additional children under age 12: $50 per night. The lodge accommodates up to 14 people in six bedrooms with six private bathrooms. Bed linens, pillows, towels, and washcloths provided.
Cleaning fee of $100. This one-time fee will be included in the total for your stay. Cancellations received 5 days prior to arrival date may receive a refund of any payments made above the nonrefundable deposit. Arkansas sales tax will be calculated on the total.
A nonrefundable 50% deposit is required when the reservation is made. Book through our website for secure, convenient transactions. You’ll receive confirmation emails from stay@theschoolhouselodge.com.
No smoking or pets allowed inside the lodge with the exception of service animals
Check-in after 3:00 pm; check-out by noon. Self check-in via unique door code provided prior to arrival.
No housekeeping services will be provided during your stay. For longer bookings, mid-stay housekeeping may be requested; additional fees will apply.

Looking for a unique venue with charm and character? The Schoolhouse Lodge is the perfect setting for family reunions, hunting gatherings, corporate retreats, or special celebrations. With plenty of space, a fully equipped kitchen, and the warmth of our historic schoolhouse, your guests will feel right at home.

Event Rental Details

Rental rate is $75 per hour plus Arkansas sales tax. Rental time begins at first arrival on confirmed date.

Refundable $100 cleaning fee. The renter must clean the lodge for the deposit to be returned. Additional fees may apply. Trash bags and outdoor trash cans supplied.
No smoking or pets allowed inside the lodge with the exception of service animals
Decorating guidelines: Flower arrangements and freestanding decorations are welcome, no candles inside and no flammable materials on the deck; no glitter or confetti inside or outside.
Online booking for events is not available and must be done via phone or email; however, please use our online calendar to view availability.
