Lodging Rental

Summer Rates Effective April 1, 2024 - August 15, 2024

• Minimum nightly stay is $200 for up to 4 adults. Additional guests: $50 per night. The lodge accommodates up to 14 people in six bedrooms with private bathrooms.

• Cleaning fee of $50. This one-time fee will be included in the total for your stay.

• Arkansas Sales Tax will be calculated on the total.

• A nonrefundable 50% deposit is required when the reservation is made. Book through our website for secure, convenient transactions. You’ll receive confirmation emails from stay@theschoolhouselodge.com.

• No smoking or pets allowed inside the lodge.

• Check-in after 3:00 pm; check-out by noon.

• Cancellations received 5 days prior to arrival date may receive a refund of any payments made above the nonrefundable deposit. 

• Self check-in via unique door code provided prior to arrival.

  Amenities include:

• Full kitchen with stove/oven, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware, microwave, K-cup coffee maker with coffee, creamer, sweetener

• Comfortable living area with oversized chairs and sofa

• Cast iron gas fireplace with remote control

• Dining area seating and barstools at counter

• Television with streaming services

• Spacious outdoor deck with Adirondack chairs/bench seating and room for card tables/chairs

• Grill house with gas and charcoal grills

• Outdoor fire pit with firewood provided

• Bed linens, pillows, towels, and washcloths

• Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and hair dryers

  Guest expectations:

• The lodge is all yours; owners will not be on site.

• No housekeeping services will be provided during your stay. For longer bookings, mid-stay housekeeping may be requested; additional fees will apply.
